Mutual Economics and Policy Evaluate Research Limited (MEPER) draws from the values embedded in the rich economic social factors of Uganda, East African region, Africa and the world at large to development challenges faced by the populations in Uganda. In using an approach to development that is embedded in the UN sustainable goals and mixing it with national development goals, MEPER is positioned to make an impact at national as well as global levels.
